I.      Details of the event/activity

I was present at an occasion on December 5th, where BSIT students exhibited their completed projects. They introduced their project concepts and research, concluding their presentations with a Q&A session.

II.    Reflections on the webinar/activity give rise to (learnings)

Being part of the BSIT research forum in 2023 showed me that technology has the power to address genuine issues, effort leads to success, being curious matters, brilliant concepts can emerge from unexpected places, and exploring technology can be enjoyable.

III.   Reflections on possibilities on implementing some of the webinar input on a practical level (practical application of learning)

The webinar motivated me to think about applying technology practically to solve everyday issues, enhancing effectiveness through further education, inquiring to gain deeper insights, exploring my own tech concepts, and turning learning about technology into an enjoyable endeavor. Additionally, I was captivated by the presentation styles of certain students, observing and learning techniques for delivering information in a face-to-face setting with numerous participants.

IV.  Positive feedback (on the event organization)

The event was impressively well-organized, which made everything run seamlessly. It was a breeze to follow each presentation, thanks to the smooth flow and clear organization.

V.    Suggestions for improvements to be made/consider for future activities

For future BSIT research forums, consider ensuring that the sound system is loud and clear to ensure everyone can hear and follow along easily, while also incorporating more interactive sessions to engage attendees further.
